What we collect and why
We only process the data you give us in the contact form, the call booking form, by email, on the phone or in a WhatsApp or Messenger message: your name or company, email address or phone number, the call time you choose, and your message.
We use it to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and continue the conversation. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without contact details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle it and, if we sign a contract, for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Who we share it with
Data may be processed by the service providers we rely on, only as far as needed for their service:
- Vercel Inc. — website hosting (the server keeps technical connection logs such as IP address and browser type) and anonymous visit and speed statistics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights),
- Formspree — forwarding form messages to our inbox,
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. — message handling if you write to us on WhatsApp or Messenger,
- our email provider.
Cookies
The site sets one technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember your language. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools. Visit statistics (Vercel Web Analytics) work without cookies and show only aggregated data that cannot identify you.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works but may not remember your language.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, email kontakt@lukratywni.pl.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes UODO).
