Your shop’s products in Google Shopping, with a feed that passes review

Google Shopping and product ads show a product’s photo, price and name before a customer reaches your shop. It all depends on the product file. We prepare it so Google accepts it and your products are described the way customers search for them.

Who a product feed is for

  • You have a shop but you’re not in Google Shopping

Your products don’t appear because there is no Merchant Center account or the product file doesn’t meet the requirements.

  • Google rejects some of your products

Missing GTIN codes, mismatched prices, unavailable images. We find the causes and fix the data at the source.

  • You want to launch product ads

Product campaigns in Google Ads need a correct feed. Without it they won’t start, or they’ll show products at the wrong prices.

What you get

  • Products that pass review

A feed that meets Google’s requirements, with complete attributes: price, availability, brand, GTIN, category.

  • Prices and stock that match the shop

The feed refreshes automatically, so Google doesn’t show products that are gone or old prices.

  • Titles that match customer searches

Product titles extended with the details people search for: size, colour, model, brand.

  • Clear statuses

You can see which products are active, which are rejected and why.

What the price includes

  • Merchant Center account

Creating or tidying up the account: company details, site verification, delivery and returns.

  • Product feed

A file from BaseLinker, your shop (e.g. WooCommerce, Shopify, PrestaShop, Shoper) or a spreadsheet, with fields mapped to Google’s requirements.

  • Data fixes

We complete attributes, fix titles and categories, and remove the causes of rejections.

  • Link to Google Ads

Connecting the Merchant Center account to Google Ads if you run or plan campaigns.

  • Guide

A description of how to update products and where to check for errors.

How much a product feed costs

The price depends on the size of the catalogue and the quality of the data in your shop. You get the exact amount after a review, before we start.

  • Feed and Merchant Center

    from PLN 900

Account, a feed from one source, fixing rejected products and a link to Google Ads.

  • Feed care

    from PLN 300 / month

Error monitoring, fixes after shop changes, new products and categories.

  • Extended feed

    quote after review

A large catalogue, several shops or countries, title and margin rules.

Net prices. Merchant Center is free. We bill product campaigns in Google Ads at the campaign price list, and you pay the ad budget directly to Google.

Questions about product feeds

Is being in Google Shopping paid?

Products in Google Shopping’s organic results don’t need an ad budget as long as the feed and shop meet the requirements. Product ads are paid, with a budget you set yourself.

What about BaseLinker?

BaseLinker can generate a product file for Merchant Center. We set it up with field mapping and automatic refresh.

Why does Google reject products?

Most often because of a missing GTIN, a price in the file that differs from the page, an unavailable image, or missing delivery and returns information. Each cause is visible in the Merchant Center panel.

Do you guarantee my products will be shown?

No. We prepare the data so Google can accept it. How often and to whom products are shown depends on Google, competition and budget.

How long does it take?

Setup usually takes a few working days. Google’s review can’t be predicted, so we don’t promise when it will finish.
