Daily checks that the site and form work. We act when something stops responding.
Domain and hosting renewals
We track deadlines so the site doesn’t vanish because of a missed invoice.
How much website care costs
For websites we build, the first 6 months of basic care are included. After that it’s billed monthly, no multi-year contract. Cancel with a month’s notice.
Basic care

Updates, backups, monitoring and up to 30 minutes of content changes a month.
Extended care
PLN 350 / month
Everything in basic, up to 2 hours of changes a month and a short report: visits, enquiries, what to improve.
Extra hour of work
PLN 150 / hour
Larger changes outside the plan, billed per quarter hour.

One-off review of code, access and security before care starts.

Questions about website care
Do I have to sign a one-year contract?
No. Care is billed monthly and you can cancel with a month’s notice.
What if I don’t need changes in a given month?
We still handle updates, backups and monitoring. Unused minutes don’t roll over.
How fast do you make changes?
Small changes usually within one or two working days. Urgent issues, like a broken form, take priority.
Will you look after a site you didn’t build?
Yes, after a one-off review. We check how it’s built and tell you plainly whether care makes sense or a rebuild is better.
What happens to my site if I cancel?
The site keeps running. We hand over a current backup and all passwords.
